THE PROCESS

How might we effectively educate less experienced users about unfamiliar AI biases?

Why Card Sorting? To understand users’ mental models while categorizing AI Biases and what examples of biases they already knew.

Using our research, we categorized our insights through an Affinity Diagram to decipher commonalities users had during their experiences with AI and its biases.

Our team then developed several Personas to remain cognizant of our target audience and their user needs.

We started sketching Storyboards, mine pictured below, and tested with users to determine what would be better fits for our final solution.
